Copyright & Ownership

I, Daniel Del Toro, retain full copyright and ownership of all artworks I create.

Purchasing or commissioning a piece does not transfer copyright.

I reserve the right to display, and share work I have created for clients for my portfolio, promotional materials, and social media unless otherwise agreed between the personal that is responsible for payment and myself

Usage Rights

Personal use, such as sharing online, is permitted only if stated with credit to myself & client.

Commercial use, such as merchandise, resale, or advertising, requires a separate written agreement between myself and the beneficiary.

Any unauthorized reproduction, modification, or redistribution of my work is prohibited.

You may not copy, reproduce, sell, or distribute my artwork without prior written consent.

Sharing my artwork online with proper credit or links back to my website/social media is welcome.

Payment & Refunds

Payment terms are specified before work begins.

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure a commission.

Final deliverable is given only after full payment is received.

Refunds are not available once final deliverable has been given.

Revisions & Process

Commissions include [X] revisions, as agreed before starting.

Extra revisions or major changes outside the agreed scope may require an additional fee.

Cancellations

If client cancels, the deposit is non-refundable.

If on the chance I, Daniel Del Toro, cancel, all payments recieved (including deposit) will be refunded through same payment method.

Liability

I am not responsible for any third-party misuse of work once delivered.

Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the proper license if they wish to use

deliverables commercially.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA. Any disputes will be handled under that jurisdiction.
